20hr Restorative
This training offers a clear, practical foundation in how to teach Restorative Yoga.
You’ll learn how to confidently guide Restorative classes - working with props, postures, variations, and simple sequencing — and how to set up the physical and relational conditions that allow people to truly rest.
It’s for yoga teachers who want to teach Restorative Yoga with intention and care, whether in studios, trainings, retreats, or 1:1 spaces.
Alongside these essential teaching skills, this training invites a shift in how we understand rest.
Rooted in the understanding that rest is resistance, not reward, this training explores how we hold space when rest is offered without fixing, rushing, or expectation.
You’ll leave with the skills to teach a grounded, thoughtful Restorative practice — one that’s technically sound and shaped by a more honest relationship with rest

Art of Touch
This is a 3-days intro course to Thai yoga bodywork.
An exploration and application from the key principals and techniques of touch. Not only will you leave being able to give a 30-60min treatment, you will also be able to transfer everything you learn here into hands on assists in your yoga classes
