Rest as Resonance is a practical, embodied, and quietly radical restorative yoga teacher training for yoga teachers ready to go deeper — into the practice, into their teaching, and into questions that most restorative trainings never ask.
You'll leave with the full practical foundation:
pose families, props, sequencing, nervous system science, and the confidence to teach a restorative class or weave restorative elements into any class you already teach.
And running alongside all of it — a collective inquiry that begins to shift everything.
This training moves into territory that is often left unexamined:
— Props as both support and gatekeeping tools
—History behind hustle culture and exhaustion
— Self care vs. collective care

This is a 3-days intro course to Thai yoga bodywork.
An exploration and application from the key principals and techniques of touch. Not only will you leave being able to give a 30-60min treatment, you will also be able to transfer everything you learn here into hands on assists in your yoga classes
