This retreat is about rest as reclamation and movement as exploration.
Each morning we’ll flow through a long vinyasa practice that challenges and expands your edges. Evenings are for rest practice, not as a reward, but as a way to reclaim your resilience and presence.
During the day, there’s plenty of time to enjoy yourself, curl up by the fireplace with a book, take a dip in the lake, or unwind in the sauna.
There will also be open circles for workshops and discussions exploring the work I do around dismantling whitewashing in wellness and shaking up the yoga scene.
This retreat may be especially interesting foryogateachers, wellnesspractitioners, andseriousstudents, but anyone ready to practice fully, think critically, and rest fiercely is welcome.
Getting there
Arrival and check in:
Check-in is from 3pm. On our first day we will check in, do a post-travel practice to put ourselves back together and then enjoy dinner with the group.
Departure:
Check-out is before 10am. There will be a final morning practice for the early risers before we head home.

About Haven
Haven is a retreat guesthouse nestled in the wild beauty of West Havelland Nature Park, just 90minutesfromBerlin.
It’s the project of a dear student of mine — something she and her partner have poured so much love and care into, and I’m so excited to be there and support their vision.
Haven will be our home over these four days. We have fireplaces, gorgeous rooms, multiple chill spaces, a sauna, and a swimming spot just a 5-minute walk away.

My private chef (aka my husband) will be feeding us the way he feeds his own family: authentic, no-frills Italian, straight from his Nonna’s kitchen, accompanied by the best local produce he can get his hands on.
Brunch and dinner will be our main meals, with snacks to graze on throughout the day.
